Traci Omlor brings extensive experience in enterprise strategy, data analytics, and operational leadership to her role on the PR HOA Board. She attended the University of Cincinnati and relocated to Louisville in 2013 after being recruited by Humana, settling in Persimmon Ridge in 2015.Traci currently serves as an IT Principal at Humana within the Enterprise Data and Digital organization, working in a Chief of Staff capacity for her Associate Vice President. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles spanning program and portfolio management, as well as serving as a Director within Humana’s Care Delivery organization. She is a Certified SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) and Project Management Professional (PMP). Her professional background in project governance, financial oversight, and data-driven decision-making supports strategic planning and responsible stewardship within the HOA. She is particularly focused on fiscal responsibility, transparency, and long-term alignment to help ensure the neighborhood remains well-managed and financially sound. Outside of her professional role, Traci and her husband, Tim, are golf members and dedicated Ohio State fans — many neighbors recognize their home when Brutus is displayed during football games. They share their home with Traci’s father, Fred, and three very large dogs (Great Danes and a Great Pyrenees): Cooper, T-Rex, and Marley.
