Rich Heareth brings over 15 years of executive leadership experience in operations management, home building, and real estate development to our HOA community. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations for Perfection Builders LLC's Kentucky Division, Rich has demonstrated exceptional skill in strategic planning, team development, and operational excellence throughout his career. His impressive track record includes his tenure as Vice President at Epcon Communities, where he successfully expanded the Charlotte Division from one active community to eight communities over three years, managing full P&L responsibilities across Charlotte and Charleston markets. Rich holds a Construction Engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati and has proven expertise in contract management, land acquisition, sales, and construction operations. As a motivational leader known for maximizing workforce efficiencies and developing high-functioning teams, he has consistently delivered results in complex real estate and construction environments. Rich will be serving our community on the Architectural Review Committee (ARC), as Treasurer, and on the Special Projects Committee, where his extensive background in construction and development will be invaluable. His goal-oriented approach and dedication to operational excellence make him a valuable asset to our HOA leadership team.
