Candace Allen Francis brings over two decades of healthcare leadership experience to our HOA community as Director of Payor Relations at UofL Health, where she manages relationships with major insurance providers across Kentucky and Indiana. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Louisville and previously served as Program Director at Fortune Top 50 company Anthem, Inc., managing multi-million dollar strategic initiatives. Candace is a graduate of the Ignite Louisville leadership program and is known for her detailed, organized approach to achieving results in challenging environments. Her proven expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, and stakeholder relationship management has consistently delivered success across complex healthcare organizations. As a Director on our HOA board and member of the Landscape Committee, Candace will leverage her analytical skills and collaborative leadership style to enhance our community. Her commitment to operational excellence and relationship building makes her a valuable asset to our HOA leadership team.
