Treatment & Beyond

Setting Up Automatic HOA Payments Through Cornerstone Portal

Did you know you can set up automatic recurring payments through the CornerstoneProperty Management resident portal? It’s one of the easiest ways to make sure you never miss a due date—helping you avoid late fees and ensuring uninterrupted access to neighborhood amenities, including keeping your key fob active.

Why Set Up Recurring Payments?

  • Avoid late fees
  • Keep your key fob active
  • Prevent disruption to pool, playground, and tennis court access
  • Receive a reminder email 10 days before your payment is processed

How to Set It Up:

  1. Download the Cornerstone Property Management app from the App Store.Alternatively, you may access the portal on the Cornerstone website at https://contactcornerstone.com/ and click on the Homeowners' Portal green box at the top.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Go to Payments (on the app) or Pay Assessments (on the website).
  4. Click Recurring Payments (on the app) or Add Autopay (on the website).
  5. Click Set Up Scheduled Payments.
  6. Choose your payment method:
    • eCheck (directly from your bank account – no fee)
    • Credit Card (processing fee applies)
  7. Set your payment schedule and you’re all set!

Using eCheck is a convenient, fee-free way to pay directly from your bank account. While credit card payments do include a processing fee, both options provide the ease and reliability of automatic scheduling.

This simple step can save time, eliminate stress, and ensure you continue enjoying allPersimmon Ridge amenities without interruption. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Board or contact Cornerstone for assistance.

Annual Resident Form Reminder

The Annual Residential Form is now available for each household to complete.

Access the form here: 2026 Resident Form

As a reminder, this process was implemented last year for several important reasons and is required to be completed annually.

Why This Form Matters

This streamlined form will:

✓ Serve as your annual pool waiver

✓ Include acknowledgment of the key fob policy

✓ Allow us to update and maintain accurate community records, including resident contact information (some records had not been updated in 18+ years)

The information requested is similar to what has been required on previous pool membership forms. Completing the form helps ensure our neighborhood amenities remain secure and accessible to residents only.

Important Deadline – April 30

To avoid any interruption to your key fob access—and to remain a member of the community Facebook page—please complete your Resident Form by April 30.

Beginning May 1, any residents who have not submitted the form will:

  • Have their key fob access temporarily paused
  • Be removed from the community Facebook page until the form is completed

We’re currently at a 72% completion rate, which is a great start—thank you! Our goal is 100%, and we want to make sure no neighbor is left without access.

If you have questions about the form, please contact Cornerstone at melinda@contactcornerstone.com or reach out to the Board directly at PRHOADirectors@gmail.com. If you need assistance completing the form, please email the Board and we’ll be happy to help.

Thank you for helping keep our Persimmon Ridge HOA community information current, accurate, and secure!

Annual Dues Payment Reminder

Annual Dues Payment Due (Feb 1 and May 1)

HOA dues post January 1st. To make it easy, the HOA has implemented a 30‑day grace period and a split-pay option:

• $462 due Feb 1

• $463 due May 1

If you miss either date, then your account will incur a $50 late fee. After May 1, any balance is $25/week and pool/amenities are paused until dues are brought back up to current. As a reminder, payments can be made through the portal (see links below).

Thank you for helping keep our community running smoothly!

🐰 Persimmon Ridge Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt 🐣

Join us for the Persimmon Ridge Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March22 at the Pool House! This fun-filled afternoon is always a favorite communitytradition, and we can’t wait to see everyone there.

Event Schedule:

  • 10:30 AM – Tennis courts close in preparation for the event
  • 11:30 AM – Bounce house opens
  • 1:00 PM – Egg Hunt begins for Littles (ages 3 and under)
  • Children ages 4 and over will begin immediately following the littles hunt

We’re looking forward to a great turnout and plenty of smiles as the kids hunt for eggs and enjoy time together with neighbors.

🥚 Egg Donations Needed

If you have leftover plastic eggs from last year or would like to donate additional eggs, please contact Katie Shaffer on Facebook or send an email to PRHOADirectors@gmail.com. Your donations help make this event a success!

Thank you for helping us create a fun and memorable day for our Persimmon Ridge families. We hope to see you there!

yard sale - Scheiss Weekly

Persimmon Ridge Neighborhood Annual Yard Sale

Please join us in participating in the annual Persimmon Ridge Yard Sale on Saturday,May 9 from 8:00am-2:00pm.

If you plan to participate, please help us spread the word by sharing the event details on Facebook and other social media platforms. The more places we can promote it, the more shoppers we can attract to the neighborhood.  The HOA will put signs out along the street and post an ad as well.

We realize this is the same weekend as the Lake Forest Annual Yard Sale, but we're hopeful that many of the shoppers attending that yard sale will also make their way toPersimmon Ridge.  Getting the word out broadly will help us capture as many people as possible that attend our yard sale.

Adopt-A-Highway Volunteer Needed

We’re looking for someone to take the lead on organizing our Adopt-A-Highway cleanup along Aiken Road this April. The volunteer leading the event can choose the date in April that works best for their schedule, and the HOA will help promote the event and recruit helpers.  If you're interested in leading, please email prhoadirectors@gmail.com.  It is a great way to earn service hours and help keep our community looking great!

Safety Reminder as Spring Arrives 🚶🚗 🛺

As more neighbors are out walking, biking, and enjoying the neighborhood, please keep the following safety reminders in mind to help keep everyone safe.

Walking Safety

Because our neighborhood does not have sidewalks or streetlights, please remember to:

  • Walk facing oncoming traffic (left side of the road) so you can see vehicles approaching.
  • Wear bright or reflective clothing and consider carrying a flashlight when walking at dusk or after dark.

Driving in the Neighborhood

With more pedestrians, children, pets, and golf carts on the roads:

  • Slow down and watch your speed.
  • Come to a complete stop at all stop signs.
  • Stay alert for walkers and golf carts, especially around curves and hills.

Golf Cart Use on County Roads

The roads in Persimmon Ridge are Shelby County roads, so golf cart operators must follow Kentucky traffic laws, including:

  • Driver must have a valid driver’s license
  • Roadways must be 35 mph speed limit or lower
  • Golf carts must have insurance and display a slow-moving vehicle emblem
  • Operators must obey all traffic laws, including stop signs and yielding to traffic

Thank you for helping keep our neighborhood safe for everyone. 🚶♂️🚗🛺
