Keeping Our Pool Safe and Secure: Gate & Key Fob Reminders

As we enjoy another pool season, the HOA Board would like to remind residents of several important pool access and security policies.

Recently, the pool gate has been found propped open on multiple occasions. To help keep our amenities safe and secure for all residents, please remember:

Pool Reminders

  • The pool gate should never be propped open. Keeping the gate secured helps prevent unauthorized use of our community amenities.
  • Please speak with your children about the importance of keeping the gate closed a tall times.
  • Pool access is reserved for Persimmon Ridge residents and their authorized guests.
  • All guests MUST check in with the Bluegrass Pool Management company. Guest fees are $10 per person payable by cash or card.  Note: If there's no one at the gate, please find a lifeguard/Bluegrass Pool Manager and/or go to the concession stand to pay.

Key Fob Access Requirements

  • Every resident entering the pool area must use their own key fob.
  • Residents should not use their fob to provide access to other households.
  • Key fobs should only be used by members of the household listed on the annual resident form.
  • Do not share your key fob with individuals outside of your household.

Why These Rules Matter

Using individual key fobs helps the Association:

  • Maintain accurate access records for community amenities.
  • Ensure accountability for the use and care of community property.
  • Protect residents and guests by limiting unauthorized access.
  • Identify who had access to an amenity if damage or safety concerns arise.

If Your Key Fob Isn't Working

A key fob may be deactivated for several reasons, including:

  • HOA dues are not current.
  • A required resident census form has not been submitted.
  • A violation of the Key Fob Policy or other community requirements (such as sharing key fobs or using fobs to open gate for other households).

Lost or Replacement Key Fobs

  • Lost key fobs should be reported to Cornerstone as soon as possible so they can be deactivated.
  • One key fob is issued per lot.
  • Additional or replacement key fobs are available for $50.

If you are experiencing access issues, have lost your key fob, or need assistance with your account, please contact:

  • Bike riding
  • Skateboarding
  • Rollerblading

Proper athletic court footwear must be worn at all times on the courts.

Gate & Access Reminders

  • The court gate must be closed at all times when entering and exiting.
  • Residents must use their own key fob for access every time they enter the courts.(Note: the old code will not work any longer)
  • Key fobs should only be used by members of the household listed on the annual resident form.

Important Reminder: Golf Course Property Restrictions and Safety Guidelines

A note from the Persimmon Ridge Golf Course:

We hope you are enjoying the beautiful spring weather in our community. As the golf season is in full swing, we would like to remind all residents regarding the rules and regulations protecting our golf course property.

The golf course is private property and a dedicated recreational area for golfers. For the safety of our residents, guests, and golfers, as well as to maintain the pristinecondition of the turf, we ask that all homeowners adhere to the following policies:

·  No Unauthorized Vehicles or Activities: The use of motorized scooters, private golf carts, bicycles, skateboards, or any other unauthorized vehicles is strictly prohibitedon the golf course, cart paths, and fairways.

·  Keep Off the Course: Walking, jogging, dog walking, or riding scooters/bicycles is not permitted at any time.

·  Fishing Prohibited: Fishing in any of the lakes, ponds, or waterways located on the golf course property is strictly prohibited.

These rules are in place not only to preserve the high quality of our community's golffacilities but, most importantly, to ensure everyone's personal safety. A golf coursecan be a dangerous environment for pedestrians and unauthorized vehicles while play is underway.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation, understanding, and help in keepingPersimmon Ridge a beautiful and safe place to live.

Important Reminder: Dogs Must Be Leashed at All Times

一份关于 MIP*=RE 的不太长的介绍 - Complexity Meets Quantum

The HOA has received reports of dogs being off-leash while walking in the neighborhood, including instances of aggressive behavior toward other residents andother pets. For the safety and comfort of everyone in our community, we are sending this friendly but important reminder regarding pet expectations.

Leash Requirement

  • All dogs must be on a leash at all times while walking within the neighborhood.
  • Pets must be properly restrained and under the control of their owner or handler a tall times.

Safety & Courtesy

  • Off-leash pets can create unsafe situations for other residents walking in the neighborhood, children playing outside, and other pets, including those who maybe reactive or anxious.

Community Standards

  • These requirements are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all residents.
  • Pet owners are responsible for their animals’ behavior at all times while on community property.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in keeping Persimmon Ridge a safe and welcoming neighborhood for all residents and their pets.

Important Reminder: Walking Trail - No Motorized Vehicles

The walking trail between Persimmon Ridge and The Overlook is intended for pedestrian use only. Motorized vehicles are not permitted on the trail, as they can damage the surface, accelerate wear and erosion, and create disturbances for other pedestrians and nearby homeowners. Please help preserve the trail as a safe and enjoyable space for everyone by keeping all motorized vehicles off the path. Thank you for your cooperation.

Waste Management Rate Update

At the annual meeting, residents voted to continue with Waste Management. The new contract is through July 1, 2029.  Persimmon Ridge residents should now see the following monthly Waste Management rates (years 2 and 3 are subject to an increase based on the year over year changes in the Consumer Price Index for Water, Sewer and Trash services):

Greenscapes Landscaping Update & Seasonal Maintenance Schedule

Understanding the administrative, support, waste management and ...

We’d like to share some information regarding how weeding is performed throughout the community by our landscape contractor, Greenscapes.

Planned Community-Wide Weeding

Weeding is not performed every week across the entire neighborhood. Instead,Greenscapes focuses weeding efforts during specific scheduled contract work, including:

  • Mulching (beginning of season)
  • Flower installation
  • Hedge pruning (summer)
  • Hedge pruning (fall)
  • Fall clean-up

Rotational Weeding Schedule

Outside of these larger scheduled projects, weeding is completed on a rotating basis with one week the entrance areas are serviced and the following weeks, the island areas are serviced. This rotation continues throughout the season depending on need.

As we move out of the peak spring growing season, the team is able to dedicate more consistent time to weeding. This typically occurs in late May through early June, once growth begins to slow.

Reporting Dead or Declining Landscaping

If you notice any plants, shrubs, or trees that appear dead or dying, please report them so they can be reviewed and addressed as needed.

  • Please include a message and photo so the issue can be properly evaluated.  Note that the mowing crew has limited space and equipment and is not able to remove larger dead shrubs during routine service visits

Reports may be submitted to:
