N.J. Division of Highway Traffic Safety Shares New Year’s Eve Safety Tips

Safety Tips from Local Law Enforcement Resident

With summer comes lots of kids, adults, pets and wildlife on our streets.  Here are some tips to keep you and your neighbors safe!

  • SLOW DOWN!  There are kids on bikes, scooters and people walking please slowdown.
  • Please STOP AT THE STOP SIGNS!  Cars (especially teens) have been ignoring the stop signs.
  • Pedestrians should walk facing traffic.  This way you see the cars coming toward you.
  • Watch for wildlife.  There are lots of Mama and Baby deer out.

Help keep your neighbors and neighborhood safe!!

New Board Members

Thank you to Kris Hayden and Tonya Gulledge for stepping up to assist on the board! Kris has a wealth of knowledge about the community, and we are excited to have his insight on the board.  Tonya's quick planning of Thunder over PR this year was fantastic, and we really appreciated what she was able to accomplish in a short amount of time. We are so happy that she has agreed to take on the Special Events Coordinator position to help with events throughout the year, including Thunder over PR!

Welcome to both Kris and Tonya to the PR HOA Board!

Persimmon Ridge Pool Exit Button

An exit button has been installed for the pool and playground. Please do not prop open the gate to either. We ask that everyone scan their key fob when entering either area to help us track usage. The button for the pool exit is on the pool house building wall on the right when exiting the pool area.  The playground button is on the fence to the left when exiting the playground area.

If you have any questions, please reach out to the PR Board atPRHOADirectors@gmail.com or contact Cornerstone atmelinda@contactcornerstone.com.

Second Key Fob

tempImageiqtvgJ.jpg

As part of the new key fob system we have offered all residents the opportunity to purchase a second key fob.  If you requested one you should have received an invoice from Cornerstone at the end of June, we ask that you log in and pay the invoice by July31st so that Cornerstone can mail you your second key fob.

In order to keep our accounting and tracking systems current any outstanding key fob requests that haven’t been paid for after July 31st will be removed from resident's accounts.  If you still wish to request a second key fob in the future you can reach out and a new invoice will be posted to your account.

Please contact Cornerstone with any questions about the second key fob option and any billing questions at melinda@contactcornerstone.com.

Contactless Payments for Pool Guest Passes

The PR Pool Venmo account is being deactivated.  Please do NOT use Venmo to pay for anything related to the pool.  Any guest fees will need to be paid in person at the pool using Square.
