The HOA has recently received several reports of suspicious activity in the pool parking lot late at night, including vehicles sitting for extended periods with their lights off. While this may not always indicate an issue, it is important that we remain vigilant and proactive in keeping our neighborhood safe.
In addition, there have been multiple complaints regarding discarded trash and beer cans left around the pool parking lot area. This type of activity is not only unsightly but also raises concerns about after-hours use and overall safety. We kindly ask all residents to help keep our shared spaces clean and report any inappropriate behavior.
At the HOA’s request, the Shelby County Sheriff's Office has increased patrols in the area. We appreciate their support and responsiveness in helping monitor our community.
Residents are strongly encouraged to report any suspicious activity they observe—not only at the pool, but throughout the neighborhood. If you notice something that doesn’t seem right, please contact the Sheriff’s Office directly so they can respond promptly.
Sheriff Deputies are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:
📞 Main Line: (502) 633-4324
📞 Dispatch: (502) 633-2323
By working together, staying aware, and taking pride in our community spaces, we can help maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for everyone.

Tennis & Pickleball Court Usage Reminder
As the weather warms up and more residents head outside to enjoy our community amenities, we’d like to send a friendly reminder regarding the use of the tennis and pickleball courts.
These courts are designated specifically for tennis and pickleball play only. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, activities such as bike riding, skateboarding, rollerblading, or general play are not permitted on the court surfaces.
Using the courts as intended helps preserve their condition, prevents unnecessary damage, and ensures that residents who wish to play tennis or pickleball have access to a well-maintained space.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in respecting these guidelines and helping keep our neighborhood amenities in great shape for all to enjoy!
